How to Log into My Account as a Customer

How to access My Account on behalf of a customer to help them complete their booking information

Yes, hit search and book up the top left

Then book as existing customer

Input their email address

Hit the book as button, that pops up in the search results. Then back to that same button which will now say book as [email address]

Then the blue button that says “view customer profile”
