How to Create and Edit Evaluations

We use Automated Surveys in HubSpot to collect Trip Evaluations from guests.

I've put together a short video of the Survey Editor and the Settings involved to create and publish a Survey.

 

Moving a Question within a Survey

If you just need to rearrange the order of questions, this can be done to a published Survey. Here's how to move questions around.

 

Changing a List of Options on a Question

Questions are Feedback Survey Properties. If we edit the Property to change the list of options displayed, that will change for all Surveys that use the Property. The Property New Destination of Interest is an example. Next year we will change the options we show guests, here's how to do that. 

 

If changes are substantive enough, a new version of the Evaluation must be created. When this is done there are some other things that need to be addressed. 

When Updating to a new Evaluation form:

You can't edit the form once it is unpublished. So here's the process to change one out. 

Change the Published form to "[Brand] Evaluation (Sunset Day Month Year)" and Unpublish.

Change the Draft form to "[Brand] Evaluation" and Publish.

Find the Evaluation Email Sent Workflow and add the new form to the list in the Trigger.
