How to Associate Guests to HubSpot Deals
All adult guests with an email address should have a Contact record associated with their Deal (booking) in HubSpot.
Why is this important?
Any Contact associated with a Deal in HubSpot can be identified as a booked guest using that association. If we have a guest's email address, but they aren't associated to any Deals, they may get marketing offers or other messaging that booked guests should not get. And they will not get an Evaluation.
How do I Associate a Guest Contact to a Deal?
It's pretty quick, here's how.
1. Find the email address of the guest and copy it.
2. Find the Deal in HubSpot and locate the associated Contacts section.
3. Click 'Add' in the Contact section and paste the email address.
